In an unprecedented and controversial move, the White House has launched a new program at the Department of Labor which will refer workers who have complaints about their bosses to a toll free number at the American Bar Association, where they can get a lawyer to work on their case on a contingency fee basis
This seems goes along with the secret police mantra “see something, say something”.
Is this going to hurt business? Of course it will, through legal fees and attorney costs.
Is this going to hurt the nation’s work force? Of course it will, the fewer people you employ the less likely your chances are of having someone call that 800 number.
I wonder what would happen if a government motors employee were to call this number.
